Portland Real Estate Heat Index - February, 2020

Andy shares a brief 3 minute video on the latest Portland Heat Index for February, 2020. This video shows which lays out how “hot” the market is currently, how home prices are changing, how buyer traffic is changing, and how agents describe the market. This information is then compared to about 40 other national markets to offer a benchmark for what’s happening locally.

As you can see, Portland is still a hot market and still firmly entrenched as a seller’s market. That said, I’m seeing homes being sold at, below and above list price, so it’s really a mixed bag currently, whereas a the years of 2016 and 2017, it was really hard to find anything not selling above list price.
