Portland Real Estate Market Update, June, 2022

Here is the May, 2022 Portland metro real estate market data that was just released by the RMLS.

The big news this month was that inventory hit 1+ months for the first time since September, 2021 when it was at 1.1 months. Housing inventory is finally starting to head up from record lows.
